Look thats funny, a guy modified his canoe with two electric trolling motors that are controlled with a wii nunchuck via custom software on an arduino board. Check it out after the break. Robot servos and a battle bot motor driver control direction and speed. Two golf cart batteries allow for about 6 - 8 hours of cruising with a top speed of 4 miles per hour.
